Every order is made to order with care before it ships.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States and European Union.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During new collection launches, promotions, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we'll contact you using the email provided with your order.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery is 3–6 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, customs, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Josey on Fifth is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at joseyonfifth@gmail.com. We'll do our best to update your order before it enters production or ships.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Josey on Fifth is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.

If your tracking shows your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with your neighbors or contacting the shipping carrier directly. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out and we'll do our best to help.

International Orders

For countries outside the United States and European Union, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country's customs authority.
